Bed linen and towels cost €25 per person, and the beds are made up ready. You may bring your own bed linen and towels, but you must tell us when you book. Otherwise the price of the linen sets is added to the price list rate.
The keys are in the key box by the door. The code is sent with your booking confirmation.
Pets are welcome for €40 per pet. Please tell us when you book.
Final cleaning is always included in the price. However, please do the dishes and take your rubbish to the waste shelter.
The apartment is yours from 4 pm on the day of arrival until 12 noon on the day of departure.
Yes. Every apartment has a parking space with an engine heater socket.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment.
Yes. You can order baby equipment when you make your booking.
The advance payment is due within 7 days of the booking confirmation. The balance must be paid 30 days before the booking starts.
You can pay for your accommodation by invoice or via PayPal. You can also pay by credit card via PayPal.
The advance payment is 33% of the total price of the booking.
Cancellation is free of charge if made at least 30 days before the booking starts. The advance payment is not refunded. After that, the full rent is charged.
If the booking is cancelled at least 30 days before the rental period starts, the full rent is refunded less the advance payment. If it is cancelled less than 30 days before the rental period starts, the full rent is charged. Please check whether your travel insurance covers cancellation.
Failure to pay does not constitute a cancellation. Herranterttu Holiday Apartments reserves the right to cancel a booking if payment has not been made by the due date. A cancellation is deemed to have taken place once written notification has been received.
